Hyderabad Traffic Advisory Issued for Celebrations

Hyderabad Traffic Advisory: As Telangana State Formation Day approaches, celebrations are set to take place at Gun Park Nampally and Parade Grounds. In response, the Hyderabad Traffic Police has released a detailed traffic advisory for June 2, 2025. The advisory, which will be in effect from 6 AM to 1 PM, outlines various traffic diversions and parking arrangements.

According to the advisory, vehicles traveling from Dwaraka Hotel in Saifabad towards the Hyderabad Traffic Police junction will be redirected at Ravindra Bharathi towards Iqbal Minar Junction. Additionally, traffic from Nampally T Junction aiming for Ravindra Bharathi will be restricted and diverted at AR Petrol Pump towards BJR Statue.

Commuters should anticipate potential traffic congestion at key junctions, including Ravindra Bharathi, AR Petrol Pump, and the Hyderabad Traffic Police Junction. Citizens are advised to avoid routes such as Panjagutta to Greenlands-Begumpet leading to Secunderabad, as well as the roads surrounding Parade Grounds. Furthermore, the route from Tivoli X-roads to Plaza X-roads will be closed during the specified hours.

1. Traffic from Begumpet towards Sangeeth X roads will be diverted at CTO X roads towards Balamrai - Brooke Bond - Tivoli - Sweekar Upkar - YMCA - St. Johns Rotary towards Sangeeth X roads.

2. Vehicles from Bowenpally, Tadbund, and Tivoli heading towards Plaza will be redirected at Tivoli - Sweekar Upkar - YMCA - St. John's Rotary.

3. Traffic from Patny towards Trimulgherry will be diverted to YMCA Sweekar Upakar Picket.

4. Vehicles traveling from Sangeeth X roads towards Begumpet will be redirected at YMCA towards Clock Tower - Patny - Paradise - CTO - Rasoolpura towards Begumpet.

5. Traffic from Alugaddabai and Secunderabad Railway Station will be diverted at Sangeeth X roads towards Clock Tower - Patny - Paradise.

6. Vehicles from Bowenpally and Tadbund towards Tivoli will be redirected at Brook Bond towards CTO - Ranigunj - Tankbund.

7. Traffic from Karkhana and JBS towards SBI-Patny will be diverted at Sweekar Upakar towards YMCA - Clock Tower - Patny or towards Tivoli - Brook Bond - Balamrai - CTO.

8. Vehicles from Patny will not be restricted from entering at SBH Sweekar Upakar and will be redirected towards Clock Tower - YMCA or Paradise - CTO.

9. Traffic from RTA Trimulgherry and Karkhana towards Plaza will be diverted at Tivoli towards Sweekar-Upakar, YMCA, or Brook Bond, Balamrai, CTO.
